# Submit a raw transaction

> Submits a signed raw transaction. Admission applies Metal envelope, chain ID, value (`0` only), gas-token, fee, affordability, nonce, and replacement checks, and failures come back as JSON-RPC errors with a specific message. Replace the placeholder param with your signed transaction bytes before sending.
